Our Clients and Key Accomplishments
Chevron Phillips (Plastics and Petrochemicals)
Chevron Phillips Chemical produces chemical products that are essential to manufacturing over 70,000 consumer and industrial products. Inceptico was hired as a technical project lead for Chevron Phillips LIMS implementation project. The project objectives were to design technical specifications and workflows for Chevron Phillips petrochemical plants and fabrication sites. Inceptico integrated the fabrication sites business processes with Chevron Phillips laboratory management system, and transformed various paper driven processes into fast and efficient paperless workflows. In addition, Inceptico team integrated Chevron Phillips Material Testing Lab instruments with LIMS to streamline the daily laboratory workflow operations.
Freeport McMoran (Mining)
Freeport McMoran is natural resource company and the world’s largest producer of copper, molybdenum and gold. Inceptico designed and upgraded Freeport’s legacy laboratory information management system to accommodate new laboratory operations and workflows where legacy system could not. U.S. Federal Bureau of Prisons (Clinical)
The United States Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) is a federal law enforcement agency responsible for the administration of the federal prison system. The Bureau of Prisons has clinical laboratory locations across the country where inmates and employees get their health care needs. Inceptico designed, implemented, and managed the U.S. Federal Bureau of Prisons Clinical Laboratory Information System (LIS). Our team designed and architected the system for use in multiple facilities across the country by developing a remote patient order entry and test inquiry system for both inmates and staff. Sample lifecycle architecture included generating accession, sample collection, specimen shipping & tracking mechanism, specimen testing, and results entry & reporting.

Lincoln Electric is multinational and a global manufacturer of welding equipment and robotic welding systems. Inceptico was responsible to design and implement Lincoln Electric’s Laboratory Work Order Management System that allows lab users to create work orders for manufacturing samples and track their progress along various stages of the lifecycle. The design also included a Resource Planning & Scheduling module (RPS) to track and assign resources to various tasks in a work order.
